Is Stella Roslyn's first day and third year of high school. When she steps in front of Evergreen High, memories of her past flash past her mind. Ones that hunt her, and ones she wished she didn't remember.

While running away from her problems, she crashes into Kayden Reed's world. Who she finds hanging by a life thread. A boy who looked devasted and beat up, who was tired of everything and was about ready to give up on his life. He stood on the roof, eaves, and was ready to jump off, but Stella stopped his plans. She didn't even know the guy, yet she risked her life to save him. She succeeded, but for Kayden, it felt like he was going back into the life he was running away from. She hurt herself, saving him, and he wished they never bump into each other again, but destiny had other plans.

Stella grows curious of the him, but Kayden hides from her, and his heart denies what he feels for her.

Kayden deals with his problems. The death of his brother caused deep depression and the pressure that's put on his shoulders by his father, who makes him feel vulnerable and unworthy. He closes himself in, unable to open up.

While Stella deals with an old friend, and hides a secret she never thought would come back to haunt her. Her ex best friend Aislyn will not stop termanting her until she gets what she wants. While Kayden grows suspicious of Stella feeling that she had must've know about the death of his brother and how everything is tied down to particular day. Will Stella be able to tell the truth without hurting anyone. Can she get the truth out before her Aislyn does.
