Being born into a world that is set up against you isn't easy. But finding love is even harder.

Angie Mellark, a sixteen-year-old girl from the Town, is head over heels in love with none other than Haymitch Abernathy, a sixteen-year-old boy from the Seams.

Their different upbringings, and the disapproval from many couldn't break them apart - so what could? Even when Angie's name was called in the Reaping for the 50th Hunger Games, they couldn't be separated. No matter what came between them, they'd always find their way back to each other.

Only there was a huge problem - despite the double amounts of tributes this year - still only one could win.
