Yet the Behemoths are not her only enemies. Ruthless factions like the Scavengers, and a shadowy cult that worships the monsters themselves, rise to challenge her. Astrid must decide: remain alone in her survival or risk her heart and fate by standing with the Slayers.
Her choice will determine not only her vengeance... but maybe, the future of the Shattered Isles themselves. Because as she explores the Shattered Isles... she uncovers more mysteries. Maybe Behemoths aren't just mindless monsters.
