Okay. You know how all friends are weird in their own ways and whatever. Well... My best friend Scarlett can see ghosts. Everyone calls her a freak or a witch all the time because of it. But I believe her. Especially when she gets bruises all over. I think it's cool but also not. She's always scared and they don't seem to leave her alone.

Seeing Ghosts
Seeing ghosts is normal for me. Ever since I can remember, I've seen them in the world around me. Not only that, but I can interact with them. Ever beaten a ghost in a fight? I have. Multiple times actually. Since moving to Goldrush Valley, I've seen plenty more. My family had never really taken me seriously, until they started seeing them too. Goldrush Valley is one of the few places in our world that normal people can see them. Not interact like me, but they see them. Our world contains many special things. Ghosts, Fay, Moon Spirits, Shadows, and the occasional Spellcaster. As well as Ghosters, people who hunt down and kill ghosts. I hate them. Most are like me and can see ghosts, but I've never met another person who can interact with them like I can. My life is full of ghosts, but other than that, I'm a fairly normal girl. Especially in Goldrush Valley. Though I'm still different. I'm not sure how exactly, but I am. (this story and all of the characters belong to me. It originated from a random thought of ~ I wonder what would be scarier, seeing and hearing ghosts, or just hearing them?
