Liam, a super smart high school student bullied for his intelligence, and Arnold, his former best friend turned rival.
Liam and Arnold were inseparable in middle school, sharing games, secrets, and family connections. But constant praise for Liam from teachers, parents, and peers slowly built jealousy in Arnold. Over time, that jealousy turned into anger, aggression, and eventually bullying.
By high school, Arnold is nearly untouchable, backed by his crew-Gideon, Scott, Max, and Leo-who each amplify his aggression. Liam keeps to himself, focusing on academics and moral integrity, but his refusal to consider Arnold's feelings fuels their tension.
The conflict peaks when Liam punches Arnold during a heated confrontation, shocking the school and escalating their feud. Liam then learns to channel his intelligence into strategy and protection rather than violence, becoming the Hero of the Classroom. Arnold, facing the consequences of his jealousy and aggression, begins to understand the cost of his actions, leaving their friendship and the classroom forever changed.
