Izuku's whole life he's been 'quirkless', only for it all to be a lie, and for his quirk to require him to sacrifice his life to get it. In the end, he guesses Kacchan was right in the end. So, why can't he leave his bully behind? Was it because of his quirk, or love?

Izuku isn't really dead but actually has a guardian angel quirk. He sacrifices himself for someone and becomes their guardian angel forever. I think it would suit him so well!
For me, in the rest of this story, Katsuki takes another hit during a big fight that puts his life in danger once again, and this time he can see Izuku completely.
