Devil in the Details

Ruth made a promise to her parents years ago when a serial killer took their lives. She vowed to kill their murderer and as many like him. Since then, she has devoted her life to being a vigilante who assassinates serial killers. One day it all goes wrong and she is killed and awakens in Hell. In a twist of unheard of fate, Ruth finds that she is able to absorb the souls of those she kills and grow stronger. Thus, Hell becomes her new playground. Sinners of terrible natures start to go missing and concern stirs on the streets of a new shadowy killer.

Hell is about to get a lot more complicated for Ruth when one day her only friend, Lucifer Morningstar himself, comes to her with a big favor to ask. He wants her helping out at his eccentric daughter's 'Hazbin' Hotel while secretly acting as a bodyguard for the princess. Only problem is, Ruth has a list of Hell's worst she seeks to eliminate permanently, and one of them happens to work at this hotel. A serial killer named Alastor the Radio Demon. Knowing she owes Lucifer this big favor, Ruth grudgingly agrees. And with that, Alastor gains a dangerous new form of entertainment while Ruth struggles to maintain her secrets while plotting his demise.
