13 year old, Alisha Blake, just had her heart broken after her boyfriend, Nick Nohlen, left her because he didn't want to be with someone who was sad all the time because of being bullied. Alisha was devastated because he was the only one who didn't turn on her besides 3 others. Once this happened Alisha didn't even want to get up for school in the morning and missed many days because of it. Although on her first day back from her break of devastation she begins to have feelings for another. His name is Brad Stollen. He may be in the grade bellow her but he is the only thing that keeps her going to school, but in a shocking turn of events Alisha finds that Brad is actually closer then she expects as she walks outside to see that he is her neighbor. What happens next..well that's another mystery about to be unfolded.
