He decided to put the games back on for old times sake. 18 year old Spencer was from district 12, she was a born fighter and huntress but these games push her abilities to the breaking point. How long will it take before she cracks?

We all know the story of the Mockingjay Rebellion. Sixteen year old Katniss Everdeen volunteers for her twelve year old sister for this event called The Hunger Games where twenty four children fight to the death and only one comes out as victor. A boy named Peeta Mellark was reaped alongside her. These two come out of the games as "Starcrossed Lovers". This caused a few uprisings in some districts. President Snow doesn't want another rebellion so he sends Katniss and Peeta back into the games with other Victors from each district. This causes a whole other war and this time, the districts pull out on top. The Hunger Games are ended and Snow is executed and everyone is safe again. Yeah, let's fast foward about fifty years. Katniss has settled in district 12 to start her life. But a girl from district 3, Ashlyn, wants to be like her. Since president Snow is dead, the economy has crumbled, making food for every district difficult, even 13. So, for the final time, the new rulers decide to create the survival games, where 26 tributes will survive wilderness for 13 weeks, and Ashlyn is in it. But, thanks to her old life, she knows how to survive, let's hope everyone else does too. The Mockingjay Died: The Fourth Quarter Quell
When the laws of the Hunger Games were laid out, they dictated that every twenty-five years the anniversary would be marked by a Quarter Quell. It would call for a glorified version of the Games to make the fresh the memory of those killed by the districts' rebellion. Now we honor our fourth Quarter Quell. On the one hundredth anniversary, as a reminder to the rebels that the Dark Days only served to tear their families apart, each district will be required to send two sets of siblings. The new government that came with the rebellion Katniss started has been overthrown. President Snow's granddaughter is ruling Panem now, and she has proven to be more ruthless than he ever was. Katniss and Peeta were publicly executed after the Capitol took over again, and District 13 was completely obliterated. Since then, the Hunger Games have been harsher than ever.
