"what scares you" he looked at me searching for a hint of hope, I thought for a moment before speaking "I'm not sure." I lied, I wanted to say that I'll end up like my dad but I didn't "you're not like him, you know that right?" He placed his hands onto my shoulders and stared at me almost forcing me to meet his eyes. I looked at him trying to avoid his eyes "you'll never be like him." He let his arms relax and retreat back to his sides before slid one of his hands into mine.
