20 year old Cassie Reynolds moves to California with her 3 year old daughter, Ally. They move next door to the Lynch's. Ally's father left when he found out Cassie was pregnant, so she's been a single mom for 3 years. 23 year old Riker has been depressed for as long as he can remember. He feels alone. I'm simply writing it because it makes it easier for me to write about the relationship between Becca and her parents this way. I'm writing this because it's all I know in a relationship between daughter and parent. This way it will be able to write more realistic. I've moved away from home now, and I'm choosing to use the experience from the time I lived at home as inspiration, instead of sitting here feeling sorry for myself.
