The Lord Of The Ring (Legolas) Book 2

Elenneth, daughter of Galadriel and Celeborn, has long walked the paths of Middle-earth beneath the weight of an ancient legacy. Though born to the Golden Wood, her youth was not spent solely in peace. Many years before the War of the Ring, Elenneth left Lothlórien to join the Company of Thorin Oakenshield, lending her strength and wisdom to their quest to reclaim Erebor from the shadow of the dragon. The journey changed her-tempering her spirit in fire, loss, and hard-won victory.

After the quest's end, Elenneth returned to Lothlórien, where she lived in quiet watchfulness for 77 years, seeking solace beneath the silver leaves and distance from the perils of the wider world. Yet peace, as she knows, is never lasting.

When Lord Elrond summons her to Rivendell to attend the Council, Elenneth is drawn once more into the turning of fate. The question of the One Ring demands a choice no elf can ignore, and she soon finds herself stepping onto a road darker and more dangerous than any she has known-joining the Fellowship bound for Mordor.

Among their number is Legolas Greenleaf, whose past with Elenneth is tangled with unresolved conflict and unspoken wounds. Old grievances resurface as the journey tests them, forcing cooperation where resentment once lingered. As shadows lengthen and trust becomes a fragile necessity, their bond begins to shift-toward friendship, rivalry, or something far more perilous to the heart.

Caught between memory and destiny, Elenneth must decide whether she will remain a daughter of light and silence-or become a force that shapes the fate of Middle-earth itself.
