When she was younger Brook created the rule of three. She decided that nothing good came in threes. That's why her mother left her, so that there would only be two. At least that's what she told herself, no one wants to admit that their own mother didn't want them. So when she meets the Erickson triplets, she knows that nothing will go right. Now she has to deal with her three rowdy half brothers- Chase, Vince, and Blake.

As I walk to my locker I get distracted by the smell of fresh strawberries and cherry blossoms. My face lit up like a Christmas tree and I was truly surprised. "Okay, let's go." * There are a few rules when it comes to ditching class. Rule number one: Don't tell anyone. The teachers, your siblings, your parents. Rule number two: If anybody asks where you were, always say you were sick and rule number three is to have fun. Louisa Shepard didn't know what she was getting into when she agreed to ditch school with Liam Gilbert, her host brother. She had the perfect attendance record, she studied in her spare time and she never missed a class a day in her life.
