Copperflight knows DuskClan won't stop. They won't stop defending their territory, they won't stop hunting in the forest to make room for rouges, and most importantly, DuskClan won't stop fighting to the death to defend their Clan, their friends, their family, their home.
But that's not the problem. DuskClan is her home, and she will willing fight to the death to defend it, at least she thinks. The problem is, the rouges know it too. But when warned of a upcoming battle, she's not sure what to do. Can she trust him with her life? With the safety of her home? There are so many questions and too many tough decisions to be made. Worst of all... What if DuskClan finds out? What if she has to make a decision she's not sure she's ready to make?

However, when StarClan tell her of this evil, she may get the chance to prove herself to everyone. Rockpaw feels like an outcast, everyday being hated on by his Clanmates for seeing things differently. So when the chance to prove them wrong comes up, he doesn't give it a second thought. But the evil still resides, and Rockpaw might know more about it then he's letting on, even to himself. Greyshard, as a former kittypet, has always thought of life in the Clans as challenging. For her, everything seems to go wrong. Every plan, every schedule, every patrol - ends up in a disaster, and its always because of her.
