"Haura!"

Farah burst in, face pale, eyes wide with panic-look. Her brows shot up, mouth slightly agape, frozen as if fear gripped her throat. "The backup drives... they are all corrupted! Every single file. And the teachers...they think it was you-they think you made a mistake during the last update! We are dead!"

Her voice trembled, and so did my knees. My face turned pale as if I saw a ghost.

"No...no way..." I murmured. "I went through everything. Every line of code, every single patch... I was sure I had not-"

But even as the words left my mouth, a chill of doubt slipped in. What if I had missed something? What if this were on me? Am I that careless?
