Without thinking-without planning-Vasu blurted out, "I like you." The words stunned everyone.

"When I saw you for the first time," she continued, her voice barely steady, "I fell for you."

Aarav's lips curled into a lazy smirk. His gaze swept over her, slow and deliberate, before he let out a quiet scoff.

"But you're not my type," he said, his voice dripping with sarcasm.
