A time in the not so distant future the world's super powers have collapsed in light of protests, political corruption and civil unrest in an event called "The great divide". Thus the creation of the factions came to be,Many countries we know today have been combined into these factions. One of these being the federation of Chikara, a military state led by a mysterious benevolent dictator who is only known as "X" officially because no one knows his name but his face is everywhere. Chikara is currently in heightened tensions with the kingdom of Kamilia a monarchist faction to which the queen has total power and control over her civilians controlling every aspect of life.
Julian Murakashi is a diplomat at the ministry of foreign affairs in the Chikaran capital of Xen who has a way with words in negotiating ceasefires. However he faces a new challenge. Mina Kim is a half-Danish half-Korean motorcycle cop in Xen who escaped the Russian invasion of Copenhagen during the height of the divide with her sister. Julian captivated by her beauty and desire to settle and Mina with all her traumas looking for someone to be vulnerable with is truly a challenge in of itself even more so in a broken world.
