In a world full of cruelty, lies, mystery, and deception, there is no room for love and trust to prevail. And yet, fate is as unpredictable as it is. When two royalties cross paths with each other, most expect it to be a political business. Some expect it to be for political marriage. A few expect it to be genuine friendship, but only the two royalties who had crossed paths with each other know that it is for the sake of love.
A Princess once asked a Prince if he believed in love. The Prince gave an instant rejection. It was a decisive answer that leaves no room for discussion. However, the Prince had not been truthful to himself. If he were to understand the turmoil inside of him, perhaps his answer would have been different.
Years of being away with each other has distanced the relationship between Chevalier and Rosalines. However, this did not stop the both of them from reaching out to each other, even if it means walking across a pile of dead bodies that will never stop accumulating until true evil is purged.
And now, the both of them have to overcome numerous trials together, all in the name of love.
