Vinez Academy

I started to eat a few bites of shrimp when I looked up and saw Zack smirking at me. "What?" I ask, confused. "How is it?" He asked, "how what is?" "The soup", he pointed. "I don't know, I haven't tried it." "You should," he said, placing his hands over his mouth, probably hiding a laugh. I frowned, why was he acting like this? Was something wrong with the soup? I picked up my spoon and poked at it, I heard a small snicker from Zack, and looked up again, "seriously what?" "No, it's nothing," he said, still trying to hide his smirk. I got annoyed and took a big spoonful of soup and ate it, it had a really slimy texture, and weird crunchy things, it was really gross. Just as I was about to swallow it to show Zack there was nothing wrong Jace whispered in my ear, "it's frog eyes". As one does when hearing that they're eating frog eye soup, I gracefully spit it out. Also meaning it went all over my tray destroying the rest of my food, and some parts of the table. I glared at Zack who was holding his stomach and laughing, falling out of his seat, "Gross!" he yelled.

Mavis Darlene, a 15 year old sophomore in high-school gets an invitation to join Vinez Academy. An Academy that is not found on any sites and from what she can tell, her uncle is very against with. Despite this she finds herself enrolled to the school. As she navigates though the strange changes, Mavis experiences unsettling blackouts and changes, leaving her questioning her own sanity. All while making new friends who introduce her to a hidden supernatural realm filled with magic and danger. Though the farther Mavis drowns into this mystical world, she gets the sense something off, and a dreadful feeling that something is out for her.
