Power Rangers Pirate Armada is an American adaptation of Kaizoku Sentai Gokaigers, celebrating the 35th Anniversary of Power Rangers. The series follows the adventures of Roger, a fearless pirate captain who's been cursed since childhood. When Roger was eight years old, he stumbled upon Blackbeard's gravesite and, tempted by the infamous pirate's hat, touched it, inadvertently cursing himself and a few others who were with him on the beach that day.

Now, Roger and his team - Abby, a determined resistance fighter from America who was shipped to Korea for the war and lost her sister during the conflict; Kyler, a tech-savavy genius who's back with a new mission; Arron, a charming swashbuckler who's joined forces with Kyler; and Princess Kaitlyn, a royal treasure hunter from a foreign kingdom who sometimes keeps her British accent, but is adapting to American slang - are on a quest to break the curse and find a way to lift it.

They gain the powers of the Legendary Power Rangers and become the Power Rangers Pirate Armada, with the ability to Legend Change into legendary Power Rangers. As they sail the seven seas, battling evil forces, uncovering hidden treasures, and stopping Captain Mutiny and his crew from getting their hands on the Blackbeard treasure, Roger and his team must also navigate the challenges of their curse and find a way to overcome it. With their Legend Change powers, the Power Rangers Pirate Armada will become the most legendary Power Rangers of all time, and they'll need all their skills to take down Captain Mutiny and his crew. The series is an action-packed adventure filled with pirate-themed battles, treasure hunts, and teamwork.
