I'm not sure yet but this book will probably touch on many subjects that could be considered triggering such as; depression, anxiety, PTSD, S*xual Ass*ult/harassment, suicide, and maybe others that I cannot think of at the moment.
With these plausible triggers in mind, it's important to know that it is okay to ask for help. It may seem impossible, but I promise it feels so much better when you do.
