Ashes of Vaeloria

The world of Vaeloria is a sprawling realm of ancient forests, sky-piercing mountains, and ethereal ruins left by the Firstborn Races. Magic flows through Leylines - glowing rivers of energy beneath the land - connecting every living being to the World Tree, Verdancia, said to be the source of all life and mana.

Over millennia, civilizations have risen and fallen across the continents of Vaeloria, now home to many species:
•High Elves: Noble, powerful, and deeply attuned to magic. They live in crystalline citadels above the clouds.
•Moon Elves: Masters of illusion and prophecy, dwelling beneath the silver glow of sacred moon temples.
•Wood Elves: Once protectors of the forests, now viewed as primitive and impure - their magic has faded, their lands taken.
• Dwarves: Inventors and rune-forgers who live in magma-lit forges under the mountains.
•Humans: Ambitious and numerous, they control most kingdoms and are both feared and resented for their expansionism.
•Drakyn: A rare, ancient bloodline descended from dragons - they walk among mortals, hiding their true nature.

The light of Verdanica begins to fade and the balance of Vaeloria itself teeters on the brink. Kael Thornveil and his group of adventurers are on a mission to the Tree of Verdanica to ignight the light in the heart of Vaeloria and save the once great world they live in.
