Lavender and Sage are sisters living ordinary lives in San Francisco-sharing an apartment, juggling work, friendships, and the quiet routines of adulthood.

Everything changes the day a violent earthquake tears open the ground beneath them. Instead of death or injury, the sisters fall into El Drago, a land unlike anything they have ever known.

Stranded in a world of ancient kingdoms, unfamiliar cultures, and nations scarred by an ongoing war, Lavender and Sage must rely on each other to survive. Along their journey, they encounter unlikely allies, powerful enemies, and truths that challenge everything they believe about fate, choice, and home.
