Fallen Angels is a psychological thriller set in Lebanon in the aftermath of the devastating Beirut Port explosion. In this alternate reality, the explosion did not only destroy buildings and lives, it unleashed something far more insidious. A strange psychological affliction has begun to spread across the population, leaving people unstable, haunted, and fractured in ways that defy scientific explanation. No one knows if it is a disease, a curse, or the result of hidden experiments, but its presence threatens to tear apart the very fabric of society.
At the heart of the story is a group of young survivors who are still grieving the death of a close friend lost in the blast. Struggling with their own trauma, they are reluctantly drawn into the mystery when they realize that the affliction is spreading too quickly to be ignored.
