In a world dominated by quirks, where nearly everyone possesses a superpower, two boys stand apart: Izuku Yagi (OC) Kazuki Ito. Both Quirkless, they face relentless challenges in a society that values strength measured by quirks.
Kazuki Ito, raised by his late uncle Krillin, learns that there's a power that is even greater than quirks. Izuku Yagi, a qurikless who dreams of being a hero, has been bullied and misstreated by his friends, his sister, and abandoned by his mother, the number 13 hero Hellstorm, and the number 1 hero All Might. When all hope was lost, a new student came and changed Izuku's life. Inspired by Kazuki's determination and strength, becomes his devoted friend and student. Together, they embark on a journey to prove that true heroism isn't defined by quirks.
