Shiro is a 2025 chess champion, but his life in Tokyo is a lie. His family did not abandon him: he was snatched away by a temporary ambush. Dragged to Station X, Shiro discovers that he is the son of a miracle: his father is an orphan of 1962 and his mother an heir of 1993, arriving at the station at the same moment.
