Sato Yoichi is a 31-year-old man who lives in Akihabara, Japan. He's an ordinary person who's uncovered an unsettling truth: his world is part of the Manga Set, a collection of worlds where manga characters and plot come to life. Each world follows its own genre, and Yoichi believes he lives in the world of romance. But unlike the protagonists destined for love, he's just an extra. He's someone never meant to appear in any manga panel. That's exactly how he wants it. His one rule is simple: never fall in love. As a year has now passed by and he's now thinking his story came to an end, Yoichi's ready to settle down as an extra for good. However, this all takes a huge turn when he rencounters a woman he met while on the plane to Naha. Now, it seems that this woman could restart the whole romance process all over again and repeat Hikari's arc from the past. But when she traps Yoichi into joining a podcast as her "co-host", the story takes another large turn. Not only is this a huge threat to Yoichi's routine-filled life, it also brings a character back from the past. He used to think that he'd live as a complete extra for eternity after Naha, but it might only mean he'll relive romance threats until the very end. Did Yoichi's story really end before, or was it only an opening for another chaotic romance journey to begin?
