We think Vegetable Salad only when we think about diet or weight loss.It used in every home its a such a recipe awesome for those who want to decrease there fatness it helps lot to decrease fat.Vegetable Salad prepare in many way.Today im making by using bread.So lets prepare Vegetable Salad... Ingredients: .1/2 Soft bread loaf .2 Medium tomato .1 Medium onion .1 Large cucumber-Peeled .1 Bunch fresh basil leaves-Chopped .For Dressing: .1/4 Cup extra virgin olive oil .2 tbsp red wine vinegar .Salt to taste .1/2 tsp crushed black peppercorns .1/2 tsp mixed dried herbs Method: .Preheat the oven to 108 C... .Cut bread into small cubes... .Then put the bread cubes on a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil... .Sprinkle peppercorns,salt and dried mixed herbs... .Place the tray in a preheated oven and toast the bread till it became crispy... .Deseed and cut the cucumber and tomatoes into cubes... .Cut the onion into cubes and separate it layers... .Then for dressing take 3 tbsp olive oil in a bowl,add vinegar,salt,mixed herbs,crushed peppercorns and basil leaves and mix it well... .Mix vegetables and crispy bread cubes in another bowl.Arrange the veggies and bread on serving plate,pour dressing on top and serve yummy Vegetable Salad...
