Between Us, His Secretary

Everything starts by accident.
Nanon isn't chasing luxury or power-he just needs a job. Something stable. Something normal. So when he walks into a massive corporate building for what he thinks is a general interview, he doesn't realize one wrong turn, one mislabeled office, one rushed HR assistant... will change his entire life.
Instead of the position he applied for, Nanon ends up sitting across from Ohm Pawat-the infamous CEO everyone whispers about. Cold. Sharp. Untouchable. Ohm doesn't smile. Doesn't waste words. And for some reason, he doesn't immediately kick Nanon out either.
Nanon talks. Too much. He smiles. He's nervous but honest. He answers questions that weren't even asked. And against his own instincts, Ohm hires him on the spot-not because he's impressed, but because Nanon feels different. Annoying. Loud. Warm. Everything Ohm avoids.
That's how Nanon becomes Ohm's secretary.
At first, it's hell.
Ohm is cruel without trying. Late nights. Impossible schedules. Cold stares. Silence that cuts deeper than yelling. Nanon messes up constantly-calls him "sir" when he hates it, leaves sticky notes on his desk, smiles at him like he isn't terrifying. Anyone else would quit.
Nanon doesn't.
Slowly, tiny cracks form.
Nanon notices Ohm never eats unless reminded. That he stays in the office until dawn. That his hands shake when his parents' names come up. Ohm notices Nanon's fake smiles, the way he goes quiet when family is mentioned, how his laughter fades when he thinks no one's watching.
Their relationship shifts-subtle, dangerous.
Ohm starts relying on Nanon more than he should. Nanon becomes the only person who speaks to him without fear. Arguments turn into long silences. Silences turn into late-night conversations. Care slips in where professionalism should be.
Neither of them says it out loud.
Because Ohm doesn't believe he deserves love. And Nanon is terrified of wanting someone who might never soften.
