Fiction. I thought that was all it was, fiction. Stories. Make-believe. I was wrong, so unbelievably wrong. They're real, all of them, and somehow I am a part of it.
Follow Avia's story as she is thrown into a world she thought was only real in books. She has no idea how she got to the academy or even what she is, but as danger looms over the horizon, she is in a race to recover her memory and learn her heritage to uncover secrets locked away. What started as a simple school to help her learn about herself, has turned into a battleground of possessive men, potential friends and an ominous sense that she is more important to the future of the Academy than she realizes.

"Darling, why are you trying to run from us?"
"I'm not running."
"Oh really? Want to lie to me again? You know how I feel about lies."
His smirk could be seen from miles away. My heartbeat could be felt in my throat, the same throat currently in the hold of his best friend as he presses against my back. His head tilted down to run his nose across my jaw, whispering darkly in my ear.
"You can try to run, Princess, but I'm warning you, you can never hide from us."
