Before they could even notice it, the Party was in their senior year, the last year they would spend together in high school. Since middle school, they had never stopped meeting in Mike Wheeler's basement to play RPGs. Mike loved creating new stories about monsters, fights, and magical powers. All of this wasn't real in their world, of course, but in Mike's mind, it was.

Mike had always been a freak, but there was one thing even worse than being a freak: becoming like his father, Ted Wheeler. That's why he decided to go away for a while as soon as the holidays arrived, to develop his creative side by himself. But the Party wanted to stick with him, so he ended up going with them.

At the same time, Will Byers, his best friend, was struggling to figure out his sexuality. He wasn't okay with it until he met a girl who was in the same situation. This friendship with Robin Buckley helped him finally be okay with himself.

I kind of mixed season 4 and 5 together. It might feel weird.
