Northbound is a novel about adulthood, timing, and the quiet intimacy that grows when two people choose to keep going in the same direction.

It's based on Joe Keery, specifically on his Stranger Things character, Steve Harrington. I think we've all felt a certain fondness for this character, as well as for the actor himself, and I believe he deserves a protagonist that reflects that affection we have, but in a different way. I think Joe is someone who deserves all the recognition he's receiving, especially the love and admiration that come from this character and his musical career.
