Ce journal n'est pas né d'un projet littéraire.
Il est né d'une nuit, d'un corps qui ne répondait plus comme il aurait dû, et d'une peur discrète mais bien réelle.
Je n'écris pas pour me plaindre, ni pour expliquer la médecine. J'écris pour laisser une trace. Pour raconter ce que ça fait quand on est jeune et que, soudain, le corps rappelle qu'il peut lâcher. Même un peu. Même brièvement.
Ce livre est un fragment de vie, écrit sans filtre, au rythme des battements de mon cœur et des silences qui les entourent. Ce n'est pas une histoire spectaculaire. C'est une histoire vécue.
Si quelqu'un se reconnaît dans ces pages, alors ce journal aura servi à quelque chose.
