Stolen in silent

Monsters don't always break into your home.
Sometimes, they wait until no one is watching.

In New York, I learned how to survive in silence. I learned how to step in front of my little sister. How to swallow fear. How to let him hurt us without ever leaving proof. He didn't live with us. He didn't need to. He always found us anyway.

Then we were taken.

When I wake up, New York is gone-and so is any illusion of safety. We're 3,000 miles away in Los Angeles, trapped in the hands of a man who rules through violence and fear. A man who isn't my savior.

He's my abuser's enemy.

He was supposed to be just another monster. Cold. Cruel. Untouchable.
But the way he looks at me makes my skin burn with something far more dangerous than fear. He doesn't promise safety. He promises control. And somehow, he's the only thing keeping us alive.

Loving him isn't soft.
It isn't safe.
It feels like a slow descent into darkness.

But if choosing him is the only way to protect my sister, I'll do it.

Because I've already survived one monster.
And I'll burn the world before I let another one take her.
