Thirty years ago, Blake University was rocked by the "Four Graces" massacre- a string of brutal murders involving one girl from four different sororities. As the campus prepares for the somber anniversary, the nightmare begins again.

However, the pattern has shifted: the bodies are no longer spread across campus, but are piling up exclusively within the walls of the Delta Rho house.

Maya, a junior at Delta Rho, finds herself at the center of the carnage as her sisters are targeted with surgical precision. Now, the sanctuary of the sorority house has become a claustrophobic trap where every sister is a suspect, and every shadow holds a grudge.

Maya must determine if the original killer has returned from the dead or if a new predator has infiltrated the house to claim a different kind of legacy. With the "only pledge" of their sisterhood being tested by blood, Maya has to expose the truth of the past before she becomes the final girl in a massacre, thirty years in the making.
