Clasp Around the Multiverse - A Ford x Reader Story

Stanford thought he'd never be surprised again, especially after all he'd encountered across the multiverse. He was proved wrong when he first met (Y/N).

Stanford Pines is a very cautious man. He's never really trusted anyone since he was pushed into the portal by his brother, Stanley, a year ago. That was flipped on his head after he met (Y/N). He's starting to wonder where his sanity went, and if he can beg it to come back.

When walking through the world of Dimension Manless (a world where all humans randomly disappeared. Ford did not want to learn what wiped them all out...), he found a beautiful necklace on the forest floor. This necklace turns out to be sentient, a being capable of granting protection to whoever wears them! When Ford tells the necklace he's trying to find the portal to the next universe, (Y/N) tells him that they just happen to know the way! (Y/N) stays wrapped around Ford's neck as they give him directions to the next portal! When they find it, Ford is about to place (Y/N) down and leave when the necklace begs to come with him. After a bit of reluctance on Ford's part, the two set out on a journey together!
