She knows she's being watched-and honestly, that feels comforting right now.
Tied to a chair in a dim basement, she glances at the group of kidnappers arguing behind her and then looks straight at you.
"Hi," she whispers. "Bad timing, I know."
She tugs at the ropes. No luck. Attempt number four: failed. She shrugs.
"Don't worry," she says softly. "I've tried this before."
Someone tells her to stop talking to herself. She smiles.
