Ode, to my family

Yuliana Irina Rozanova is a determined figure skater, beloved fittingly in her home country. At the start of this story she is 15 and by the end she is 25.
As her father grows more ill, she is forced to take it upon herself to care for him, it's not like Alexei will do it after all, quitting her life as a professional figure skater and using the last dregs of her money to see Grigori comfortably to the end. At the funeral she learns that Alexei had been receiving money from Ilya to do this job. Money she never knew about. Money Alexei knew she needed. Money Alexei has wasted yet again. She has given her entire life up by this point, and truly, what has she got out of it but a destroyed and broken family.
One night Ilya confides in her his secret, but this makes her vulnerable, where does she hide when this news reaches Russia? She has no one to protect her.
Can she escape? Can she finally live her life the way she wants?

This fic focuses on many themes, mainly dementia in the form of their father and mental health issues in the form of Yuliana. In terms of representing each topic as well as I can, I am researching medical journals and basing details off of my own life experiences.
