STELLIUM IN SCORPIO: MASKS

Sleepless Nights is a period drama set during the 1980s AIDS epidemic, following Jin, a closeted Asian gay man trapped in a marriage, and Virginia, a flamboyant white drag queen whose one-night stand with him sparks a dangerous, transformative connection.

The film brings together Jeong Taeui, a shy 28-year-old actor desperate for his first big break, and Ilay Riegrow, a famous but disillusioned star known as Hollywood's "Ice Prince." As their characters' lives intertwine on screen, tension erupts off screen-between devotion and indifference, hunger and exhaustion-blurring the line between performance and reality in a story about visibility, and survival, but above all, obsession.

What happens when the masks start to slip and the sins get unfolded on-screen and off-screen?
