That unbearable feeling that something was missing at the end wouldn't leave me alone.
So here I am, with a story that - according to the voices in my head - should have happened.

Our story takes place in the final episode, at the moment when the group is climbing the tower.
The conversation we should have seen.

- "Sometimes Tammy is the person who makes you feel at home - he said. - Even without knowing it.
Mike let out a nervous laugh.
- Okay... let's see. It's not Dustin. He can barely take care of himself.

Will gave a faint almost-smile.

- Lucas? - Mike continued. - No. He's always known exactly how he feels.

Will's silence neither denied nor confirmed it.

- So that leaves... - Mike stopped speaking.

The name that wasn't said echoed louder than the wind."
