The lords knight

Sir Hans, Lord of Capon, was a man born into silk sheets and silver spoons, yet shaped somewhat against his will by iron, blood, and the grinding weight of duty. The banners of Capon had flown over his cradle before he could walk, emblazoned with heraldry older than the stones of the keep itself. From childhood, the world had bowed to him, and he had grown accustomed to its bend, mistaking deference for affection and privilege for destiny.
