Two years after their wedding, Shane and Ilya both decided that it's time for them to start their own family. They knew it was gonna be a long process, but they knew they'd face it together. And then... there were Maeve and Elli.
While Elli was a happy Child, singing all the frozen songs while walking to kindergarten, Maeve was her sisters opposite. And she was NOT a child anymore. She wouldn't bother to stay at the hollanovs for long. She knew, it'd only be a matter of time for them to pick Elli but not Maeve.

Ilya was certain that this girl would turn his whole life upside down. His career in Boston had only just begun, but he was willing to do anything to call this girl his daughter. And so it happened: less than a month later, he suddenly had a two-year-old child living in his home. In the beginning, things were a bit difficult, but as time passed they slowly began to get used to each other.
