Heeseung hated group projects. Not because he didn't like people, but because he always ended up doing everything. This time, though, the professor had randomly paired him with Jake Sim - campus golden retriever, guitarist for the music club, and the guy who had somehow charmed every single professor into giving him an extension at least once. Jake was the opposite of Heeseung in every way. Where Heeseung was careful, quiet, and over-prepared, Jake was spontaneous, loud, and never seemed to take anything too seriously. So of course, Jake showed up to their first study session without a notebook.

  • 14 days - Jaywon

It was 12:43 AM. Jay had his hoodie pulled over his head, hood tied so tightly around his face he looked like a marshmallow with a grudge. He tiptoed into the kitchen like a thief, trying not to wake the rest of the dorm. But of course, the second he opened the cabinet- CLANG. "Jesus," Jay whispered, freezing in place. "Why is the pot so dramatic?" "Because it's mad at you for trying to cook at this hour." Jay nearly jumped out of his skin. He turned around to find Jungwon sitting on the counter, legs swinging, a mischievous smile playing on his lips. "You scared the life out of me," Jay muttered, holding his chest. "What are you doing up?" "Couldn't sleep," Jungwon shrugged. "Thought I heard someone breaking in, so I came to catch the intruder." Jay raised an eyebrow. "With what? Your intimidating stare?" Jungwon smirked. "Worked on you, didn't it?"
