Time....

We go about our lives thinking we have all of it in the world to do something. We say we'll do this or that later, tomorrow, another day, taking for granted that we have the time for it. But you can't always be so sure of that, things can change in an instant.

Jesse Hartley has lived in Briarville, MS her whole life. She was content staying on her large acreage of land training horses, cutting and selling hay from the few open fields, hunting the heavily wooded areas, fishing from the ponds and part of a river that ran through the property. She gathered what fruits and other bounty Nature provided in each season.

She soon finds out just how fast life can change.

Jack Rollins has been with SHIELD, working on the STRIKE team for several years. Out on his latest assignment with teammate and lifelong friend, Brock Rumlow, he finds himself driving out on some backcountry road in the middle of nowhere, thanks to a drunken GPS system. Along the way he sees someone, a woman, pop out of the woods and jog down the road. He decides to go after her to ask directions.

In the next few moments a gruesome nightmare unfolds that will entangle the two together in a twist of fate that neither were prepared for.

The question remains, will they have time to sort it all out, or will they take it for granted and lose everything?
