Suzanne is a traditional mother-in-law who is desperate for a grandchild so her family name can continue. Her son, Steve, is married to Lisa, who says she cannot get pregnant. In reality, Lisa is having an affair with her boyfriend and secretly takes birth control because she doesn't want a baby to limit her freedom.
