17 year olds Harmony Carrington and Antonio Garcia both are hiding a secret. Not only from the rest of the world, but from each other. Harmony is a demon- a vampire, and Anthony is a werewolf. As opposing sides to a centuries long feud between species, they are forbidden to have any contact with each other. Which, at first, is easy. They run in entirely different social circles, and they go to different high schools.

But as a new transfer program is put into place for their high schools, they are forced to spend more time together. And as time passes, they notice they aren't so different as society would have them believe.

In a chance encounter with Harmony's demon family when the two teens are hanging out, the secrets they are hiding from each other comes out. But surprisingly, their friendship doesn't change.

Can they keep their blossoming friendship -and potential romance- a secret and avoid a war between the species, or will their relationship eventually start something even bigger than they had ever imagined?
