Mune Blackwell has lived in Hawkins all her life. She didn't think this town could get any plainer, but recently things have been getting weird. Kids started to go missing, there were always horrible accidents, and then a mall fire last year. Now that things have settled down Mune and her best friend Eddie Munson had planned to graduate together this year and start travelling the country with their band. Everything was going great for Mune, then, one night everything changed. Eddie and Mune find themselves navigating a terrifying new Hawkins while running from the law and the crazed jocks of hawking high. Will they find their way back to normalcy or will they embrace this new normal.
