After years of silence, bruises no one asked about, and a home that was never truly safe, seventeen-year-old Asher and his seven-year-old sister Felicity are leaving everything they know behind - to siblings they haven't spoken to for years.

The troubled teen faces difficulties trusting the new setting, while Felicity can't muster up the courage to speak from the trauma both have faced.

Carrying scars from a home that nearly broke them, old wounds clash with new beginnings as Asher and Felicity learn that healing isn't quick or easy. Yet sometimes - the safest place to land is the one you never expected.
