You pass the interview.

Elliot Ludwig is satisfied with your credentials, your answers, your composure. On paper, you're approved for employment at Playtime Co.-another name added to the roster, another adult moving through the halls unseen.

But approval is not the same as clearance.

Leith Pierre does not trust first impressions. Where others see a qualified employee, he sees variables left untested. Your file is reopened. Questions are asked twice. Your reactions are noted, cataloged, compared.

It isn't personal.
It's procedure.

As you settle into your new role, you begin to realize that some evaluations don't end when the interview does-and some observations are never meant to be acknowledged at all.
