Charlie had no idea what this person had done to his parents until he found all of the souls he had captured and used them to defeat him. But if he did charlies parents would have to die, he couldn't bare to see his parents die right in front of him, by a person he didn't know. King Damian had souls from all of the people charlie cared about. Charlie had to help his parents but it was to late. Damian had someone that would kill them by just playing a killing game.
